Bombs were the last thing on his mind. So, when the topic came up, Ben was staring out the window thinking about his date tomorrow with Liz and wondering how much longer he had to sit in that room.
"Ben, could you add something here?" Lou, his coworker begged. Ben straightened himself up and focus on the men sitting around the conference table.
"Um..." He gave Lou a bewildered look.
"About the B-12A's." Lou helped him out, "About the specifics."
"Oh, yeah, of course." Ben stood up and approached the schematic on the overhead, "As you see it's a small unit. Barely larger than a laptop."
"And it's firepower?" One of the businessmen asked.
"It can take down a five story building, clearing out a good thousand meters laterally." There was a buzz of discussion in the boardroom and Ben let that die down before continuing.
"Of course, for this kind of stealth and power, it comes with a hefty price tag. Completely worth it, if you ask me, in terms of price for power."
"And how many can you produce?" Another man asked.
"We can get about 100 a week. It's intensive work, dangerous but we hope to ramp up production before the year is out. Our expected output should get to 500 a week before Christmas."
"And how discrete?"
"Totally."
